Handcrafted in England, the Electric Moulton is the perfect bike for riders seeking maximum performance in an urban environment, alongside comfort and exceptional portability, with a frame that quickly adjusts to changing field conditions, and can be quickly folded for storage purposes. The combination with the ZEHUS ‘all-in-one’ hub motor results in a unique Electric bike, which maximises rider comfort and efficiency while providing a perfect balance of both battery and rider’s capabilities.
Optional With Schlumpf Drive
Thanks to the intelligent motor control, the electric Moulton does not need a gear shift at speeds from 0-25km/h. Even slopes up to 8% (very rare in urban areas) can be handled without problems.
Additionally, we offer a 2-gear-transmission to ride mechanically over 25km/h at a comfortable cadence (Schlumpf Speed Drive) or to be able to ride up steep hills with ease (Schlumpf Mountain Drive).
The Schlumpf drive is an ultra-flat planetary transmission mounted on the bottom bracket like a chainwheel with a transmission ratio of 1:1,65 for the Schlumpf Speed Drive or with a transmission ratio of 2,5:1 for the Schlumpf Mountain Drive.
Electric Moulton Rear Wheel Drive
The biggest advantage to rear wheel drive is that it spreads loads of the bike across both wheels. The rear wheel does the pushing while the front wheel is reserved for the steering duties. On a front wheel drive the front wheel must perform both functions.
RWD acceleration is better from a stop. A bike’s weight shifts to the rear part at the time of acceleration from a stop, which puts extra weight to the rear. As a result, the overweight increases the traction of the tires and promotes faster acceleration.

Separable And Adaptable
All electric Moulton bicycles are inherently more compact and most feature separable frames for storage or transport. This separability introduces no compromises other than a little extra weight; there is no loss of stiffness or ride quality.
Unique Suspension – Front
The Flexitor® front suspension system utilizes rubber in torsion, eliminating lubrication, wear, and ‘stiction’. This provides unparalleled shock isolation and a uniquely silky ride.
Unique Suspension – Rear
Full suspension is a fundamental feature of all electric Moulton bicycles. The Hydrolastic® suspension on the New Series Moultons features a rubber spring with adjustable fluid damping.
Small Wheels
20″ wheels with high pressure tyres have been integral to the electric Moulton design from the beginning. The combination of the lower rolling resistance of high pressure tyres and the lower aerodynamic drag of small wheels, allows the bicycle to go faster with less effort.
Stiff Space Frame
The unique Moulton space frame, a highly engineered lattice of small diameter tubes, is far stiffer than a conventional diamond frame. This frame architecture fits riders of all sizes and the low step-through allows the bike to be mounted with ease by both sexes.

Extended Range
The new heart of our All-In-One Generation 2 is more efficient than ever, we extended the range by 20%. Now you will be capable to ride at least 45 km with the strongest power mode or 60km in Eco mode.
Powerful motor
With All-In-One Generation 2 we increased torque by 50%. Now All-In-One is a 250W motor with a torque output of 40 Nm.
Digital connectivity to power up your ride
Our new generation hub is also updated Over The Air. Bluetooth 5.1 makes your bike a wearable device.
Active Electric Lock
Our active electric lock system and the location tracking (that needs GPS on) are specially designed to guarantee your peace of mind. We’re putting bike thieves out of business with our integrated security tech.

KERS
The Smart Energy Recovery
The integrated Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS), commonly used in motorsports, allows the motor to collect braking energy and recharge the batteries.
You have to pedal backwards or press a button on the optional remote controller, and the integrated KERS activates the motor brake and recharges the battery.
As soon as you stop backpedalling, the motor will stop braking.
This way you have the power you need uphill and you simply get the energy you used up downhill.
